Tour Collaboration: Holy Night 2023
Soli Deo Gloria is Latin for “to the Glory of God alone.” The mission of SDG is to instruct students in dance and the arts, for the purpose of deeper and more intimate worship of Jesus Christ. Students are taught dance and the arts at a high level, striving for excellence as serving the Lord, and not man.
Guest Choreographer

Currently, Elyssa also dances part-time as a freelance artist.

Elyssa is a dance teacher who is committed to train dancers of all ages in the art of classical ballet. She strives to develop excellence and artistry in students using visual, verbal, and physical cues. Most of all, Elyssa wants to see students grow in their love for the Lord and equip them to worship Him through the medium of dance.
Holy Night 2023
Natasha Zimbaro
Natasha’s life has revolved around the entertainment industry since she was a very young girl. As a child, she grew up modelling, dancing, acting and performing in professional theatre productions, where her passion for singing flourished. At the age of 13, she signed a record deal with EMI Canada and had the privilege of having Canadian country music icon, Jason McCoy, manage her career. At 17, she signed with SONY Music Canada where she went on to have two Top 20 Canadian singles, with her previous pop band. Along with major label signings, Natasha has had many incredible performing opportunities. Some highlights have been performing at Wembley Stadium as a Top 16 contestant in the UK’s X Factor, performing on the main stage at Boots & Hearts, performing multiple years at the Queen’s Plate, having music videos on CMT and MuchMusic, a song on the MuchDance CD compilation, performing at hundreds of major sporting events (NBA, NHL, MLB, MLS), becoming the Toronto FC and the Toronto Raptors resident anthem singer and going on to perform at multiple championship games, to include the MLS Cup in Seattle in 2019! Most recently, one of Natasha's songs also landed a spot in the Oscar-Nominated SONY motion picture, The Mitchells vs. The Machines.
She feels like now God has positioned her in a place where she can use her voice for a greater good and her ultimate purpose; being able to connect with those who look to music to worship and feel closer to God, or to just feel uplifted and inspired. Natasha has had an exciting musical journey thus far and will continue on her musical path with songs that glorify God.

Natasha is very excited to share her brand new Christian Contemporary EP release, which is available now on all streaming services! The EP was co-written and produced by the incredible Trevor McNevan, of the Christian rock-band Thousand Foot Krutch.

Along with music, Natasha is also a co-host of the Covered By Grace podcast, which is available on all streaming services. The Covered By Grace podcast is a platform to encourage hope, while also offering special guest episodes talking all things faith. The girls have been honoured to have had the chance to interview guests from all walks of life, with large platforms ranging from 50k - 1.7 million and look forward to having many exciting guests coming up in their schedule. Debbie has recorded nine albums, and gathered 23 various Canadian Awards and Nominations (including Female Vocalist of the Year, Inspirational Album of the Year, Instrumental Album of the Year, Children's Album of the Year). Her songs have been featured on several compilation CDs on both sides of the border joining artists such as Brian Doerksen, Steve Bell, Don Fransisco, Lianna Klassen, and Steve Camp. Her song, "To Love and to Be Loved" hit #1 on European Inspirational Radio Charts and her song, "I Know the Plans" from Jeremiah 29:11 became a favourite on 100 Huntley Street TV shows. Several songs from her Piano CDs are being played on Instrumental and New Age Radio Stations across the country, and have become a meaningful source of creative bridge-building and evangelistic expression for Debbie.
Debbie was a featured worship artist on Brian Doerksen's Juno Award-winning album, "Holy God" for a riveting duet of the medley "Holy, Holy, Holy" / "Be Unto Your Name". In a reciprocal response, Brian Doerksen joined her on ALL IS WELL for song #7 entitled "I Am Your Mighty God", a pivotal, prophetic song that continues to bring comfort to all who hear it. She has both enjoyed Brian’s mentoring in worship leading and song-writing, and also joined him in mentoring others as a special guest worship speaker and leader at Prairie Bible College, Alberta. Debbie was the Keynote Speaker for the Canadian Women Alive 40th Anniversary National Conference in Waterloo, Ontario April 2013 and was a featured worship leaders for one of Beth Moore's first Canadian Conferences in Canada.
After a miraculous healing, Debbie began her public ministry as a young 13-year-old, where she became the full time pianist at her father's C&MA Church in Oregon, USA. After receiving her Diploma of Christian Ministries with an emphasis in Evangelism & Church Planting from Canadian Bible College (now Ambrose University, Calgary AB) she married the love of her life, Rev. Scott Fortnum, a College Pastor at Sevenoaks Alliance Church in Abbotsford, BC. In her early pastoral years, she founded a thriving youth / college worship-mentoring movement called Awakenings, where over 30 denominations and youth / college groups were represented. Together, they pastored Yarrow Alliance Church, where Debbie formed a strong worship ministry with multiple teams, as well as a thriving small-group-based Women's Ministry.
After a journeying through several difficult seasons of personal pain and healing, plus a lengthy sabbatical, she launched her 9th album, ALL IS WELL in 2015, a triumphant musical work that came forth from the ashes. This album features theologically rich anthems for the Church, as well as the authentic, gut-wrenching prayers of a worshiper who deeply understands the formative seasons of pain that can occur in a Spirit-filled female leader's journey. Debbie seeks to creatively encourage and empower God's people in every season: from the disconcertingly boring moments ... to the catastrophic events, arming them with truth-filled perspective and hope that will keep them steady in the storms of life!
